At Keensbury Support Services we take a holistic client centred approach to cleaning and the cleaning process; we do things the right way, the first time every time, everything we do is built around our customers. We provide an Integrated Solution Service for your business that is personalise to suit your business needs; simple but effective, a thoroughly professional service that doesn’t cost the earth.

 

 

OUR POLICY IS - HONESTY AND INTEGRITY AT ALL TIMES

 

If we have got something wrong we will own up and fix it immediately and put measures in place to ensure it never happens again; we will provide you with a ‘Job Satisfaction Form’ at the end of every job for you to sign; We aim to build a trusting relationship with ALL our customers.

Our policy is not to wait till the end the week or end of the month to find out what we haven’t done right; after every job is completed, you inspect and sign off; if not satisfied, we fix whatever you are not happy with before we leave; always with a smile.

 

 

Our Staff

 

Our staff are trained to high standards, they are professional enough to do jobs that they are trained to do but is not part of the SLA (Service Level Agreement) / Cleaning Specifications – they are advised to do the job ask by our customers first, we ask questions later; we will not leave your premises untidy just because it is not part of the SLAs.

 

Every member is thoroughly referenced and anyone remotely involved in the operations of sensitive buildings like schools or hospital will undergo a DBS check before they are allowed anywhere near the premises including all senior management staff. Our staff list for sensitive premises are updated regularly so you only let the right people in, they are trained to take ownership of issues.

 

 

We take steps to ensure every member of staff is thoroughly referenced and trained; any member of staff involved in sensitive premises are DBS checked, including senior management team, we will NOT put your safety at risk.

 

 

 

Environmental Policy


At Keensbury Support Services Limited, we take the environment very seriously, we consider the impact of our actions on the environment in everything we do, from the strategy, chemicals to machines we use. As a registered member with Environment Agency for both Upper and Lower Tier Waste Carrier, we ensure all our waste both the ones we produce ourselves and the ones collected from customer’s premises are disposed correctly and responsibly.
